If you are not satisfied when you receive your tiem, please return it within 30 days for a replacement or money back, but the shipping cost be paid by the buyer. Please contact us before you return it at email@example.com.
Merchandise eligible for return or exchange must be:
- New, unused, unwashed and in good condition;
- Inclusive of all original hangtags, packaging, and components at the time of return or exchange; and
FINAL SALE: Clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If the item is defective it MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period. You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price.
Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your account in the same form of payment used to purchase the item(s). The credit should appear on your next statement. You should receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.
Gift Cards and Merchandise Credits are non-returnable, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.
